The beach is clean and not as crowded as Melbourne Beach.
Spessard Holland South Beach Park
This 6.5-acre community beach park with seasonal lifeguards is popular for family outings. It features a 100′ dune boardwalk and small pavilions. Dune crossovers provide access for surf fishing, surfing, and beachgoers. Amenities include restrooms, drinking fountain, outdoor showers and 2 indoor showers. A clean and easy access beach to get to. Located about 3/4 mile from North Spessard Holland Beach on the A1A Highway of Beaches.
The Spessard Holland Beaches are part of the Melbourne Beach area and are located in Brevard County, Florida. There are two Spessard Holland Beaches – North and South.
