Driving north from Ormond Beach, A-1A becomes two-lane making traffic slower moving and more noticeable.   Lovely homes make the area look residential, but there were a number of beautiful hotels.  We stopped in Betty’s Cafe for a delicious lunch with great service. Ormond-by-the-Sea includes the Volusia/Flagler county line on the north.
