Rosemary Beach is a neo-traditional town located on northwest Florida’s gulf coast, between Panama City and Destin, at the eastern end of Scenic Route 30A. Easily accessible by air or by car, the town is a 30-minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and a one-hour drive from the Fort Walton. This is one beautiful upscale beach to visit.  Average home prices here are in the $1000 or more per square foot range near the beach.  A trip we are glad we made.

Seaside is a small resort community in northwest Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s known for its late-20th-century New Urbanist design, as well as pastel-colored houses featuring porches and white picket fences. A series of striking pavilions mark the access points to the long sandy beach. Shops and restaurants cluster in the town center. Just west, Grayton Beach State Park has trails and a coastal dune lake.

You’ll know exactly where you are when you enter Alys Beach – from its signature palm trees to its iconic butteries to its stunning white stucco architecture , Alys Beach makes a strong, stylish statement. This easygoing beach neighborhood is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. Spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of Seacrest — you’ll spot everything from gorgeous dune lakes to gourmet restaurants. Then, unwind with a stroll along Seacrest’s sugar-white sand. A lively community gathers in the coffee shop we stopped in to have some java and a handmade muffin.  A plus location and town!

Grayton Beach is a state of mind. Our town is a funky little beach town full of free- spirited folks with a laid-back attitude. The narrow roads are shaded by southern magnolias, towering pines and moss-draped oaks. The salt air is ever present and so is the fine white sand covering the worn floors of our old beach cottages.

It is a small, historic beach village on the Florida Panhandle Gulf coast halfway between Destin and Panama City in Walton County and adjacent to Grayton Beach State Park.
